This was my first time using Autowerks and i was very pleased with their communication and explanation of the problem with my car's AC. My repair was handled quickly and they even drove me back to work after i dropped off my car. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic. :)

Excellent service, friendly staff and pleasant waiting area. I am pleased to have found such a great place to service my car.

First thing I noticed when I arrived is a scattering of Porsche, M-Benz, BMW automobiles. My heart beat subsided somewhat, almost returned to normal. Next up, I met Chuck and confessed my fears about frequenting his place. Chuck instills confidence good as a grief counselor. He's been at this stuff for 26 years.

Never fret, take your baby to AutoWerks, they'll pet it.

O.K., I'll confess, get this right up front and out of the way: I HATED taking my car to AutoWerks. See, it's like this, my brain is lubricated by petroleum. Some call me disparaging things like "gear head." I don't mind. I'm used to it.

My husband has always been extremely pleased with the service he's gotten on our Lexus at AutoWerks. They have been able to fix problems that the Lexus dealer in Charlotte could never seem to figure out. If you plan to drive your auto many years, as we do, then your owe it to yourself to give it to notch maintenance and advice. Autowerks provides that at reasonable prices with no surprises on what they will be billing you for.

Last thing I noticed was the completely meticulous attention to the detailed work performed on my baby. "There, that didn't hurt a bit."

I simply wouldn't bring my BMW Z4 anywhere else in the greater Fort Bragg area. John and his family know how to provide second to none customer service and most importantly are experts in repairing European cars.

Thing is, I recently moved to Southern Pines, NC (read, 1.5 hours from a Bimmer shop. (or anything else other than a golf course)), so I needed a place for the care and feeding of my BMW. You'll understand then when I say that I was circumspect (as well as scared stiff) about taking my car to anywhere other than a "certified BMW" dealership.
