Good shepherd is one of those organizations that as soon as you walk in you know you're in good hands. Everything from the delightful voice on the phone to the professional and courteous manner of their employees to the speedy delivery of our pet's remains. All that aside, as soon as you walk onto their premises you can see that your pet will be taken care of in the most professional way possible. My wife and I had lost our very first dog, and we had him back the very next day with paw prints, and an urn which was very reasonably priced. Not that I would ever want to lose a pet again, but they are the people I am going to should that ever happen. The best experience I have had ever. Hands down.
