They were delightful to deal with (imagine saying that about a contractor!) and kept us in the loop with expenditure, sharing spreadsheets, and advising on places we could cut costs. They finished nearly two months ahead of schedule, and allowed us to move in a few days before our closing. Just lovely people to deal with.
It was our first time building a home and going through the process. I would absolutely select Daniel Adams Construction all over again! It was a great building experience.
Awesome builder and the best staff EVER! We love the home they built for us. And, we did it long distance.
Should also mention that his subs were so nice that when we went to check progress on the house one lunchtime, they offered to share their home cooked meals with us!
I called them several times and left a message. Never got a call back.

They were Professional, knowledgeable, patient w/us first-timers, and extremely caring we feel like we became a part of their family and not simply a client. And we will be friends for life!
