I went to Cox's Double Eagle Harley to have an S&S cam installed in my 2017 Street Glide as well as it dyno tuned. I can honestly say that I am more than pleased, not just out of the added performance but with the dealership. The service department did everything they could to make sure they got the best performance out of the bike. The dealership overall is great! The show room is very clean and is set up very well. The staff is all friendly and willing to help, overall a great visit! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, especially for performance mods! Thanks Cox's Double Eagle for the outstanding service!

Took my 2016 CVO Street Glide in due to an oil leak around the head bolts (3 of them) and for gas running out of the tank (around the fill cap) when I fill with gas.

Its nice to finally have a good shop close to home!

First class customer service. 600 miles from home, stranded in a motel parking lot, too far away to have anyone make it there before close. We went from staff taking my CC over the phone and hiding parts outside for me, to having a tech drive them directly to my door on his way home - *and* bringing the installation supplies that he knew I needed. That's what service is all about. Next day I met the staff in person and I've never been to a nicer, cleaner, friendlier dealership.

Enjoy visiting the local Harley shops and overall the staff is quite nice at Double Eagle Harley and the shop looks awesome. I will say my first experience with the service department is less than my best ever however.....

Service team ask "how much gas I put in" .... answer "all it will hold"... it shouldn't run out of the tank regardless.... and also informed me the oil around the head bolts was from assembly at the factory. I can't say with certainty they are not correct in either case, but do plan to come back here and post a follow up when I do have a concrete answer.

Wishing the Double Eagle team much success, but I'm not the happiest consumer at this point.. the good news is I'm an honest guy and will admit if I am wrong.. the bad news is I'm an honest guy and will tell the truth

Service department delivered 8 hours of work with engine mods and dyno tuning a day early. I got a call from Mark saying the bike is ready a day early because he knew the next day was going to be rainy and he was considerate enough to not want me to have to ride it home in the rain. Not to mention, the tuning, cam and service work were done very well. Plus they washed the bike?!?

I really don't write reviews, but I have to due to the experience. My husband bought a Harley from them around the end of August. Unfortunately he totaled the bike a few days later. We had purchased GAP insurance and ESP with the bike. He was in the hospital for a few weeks. The 2nd week of September is when I called them to have them cancel the ESP and GAP insurance. They said they did. Around the start of October I called again to see what the status was and they said it was still processing. I had been dealing with Kristie. She was so rude to me, stating that it wasn't her fault my husband totaled his bike. But it is THEIR job to cancel GAP AND ESP and do it correctly. Needless to say they screwed up every piece of paperwork from DMV title work to canceling the GAP/ ESP. I spoke with Rob the general manager and he said he called his Harley rep to get the issues with the GAP and ESP fixed. He stated it would be 7-14 days and I would have a check for ESP and GAP. Its been almost a month from that conversation and still no refunds. The sales persons name was Chip. He is the only reason I gave stars in this review. I have never been treated the way Kristie has treated me. Completely unprofessional. All I wanted was to be able get the refund back since our auto insurance paid for the loan amount. Instead they have kept our money or not done the process correctly. I will never know the truth.

Call Ray Price’s service department and you’ll experience a completely different “service”. They’re just too busy. Conversely, Cox’s Double Eagle has been awesome! From sales to parts to service, these guys seem to give it their best.

I have bought from Ray Price historically because Sandhills HD was so bad but i just bought and serviced a new bike with Cox’s and it is a world of difference! The store is beautiful, the shop is clean and welcoming but most importantly, the staff is great.

    Call Ray Price’s service department and you’ll experience a completely different “service”. They’re just too busy. Conversely, Cox’s Double Eagle has been awesome! From sales to parts to service, these guys seem to give it their best.
